If condition with Ignore slicer

Hi,

I need help on the below senario.

How to ignore my Month filter in the below section?

if(
CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Not Overdue") =0,
CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Not Overdue",CM[CMLastMonthYear]=1 && Wanted to Ignore Month Selection filter in this section),
0 )

Tried the below one but no luck
IF( CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Overdue") = 0,
CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Overdue", CM[CMLastMonthYear] = 1,
ALL(MasterCalendar,MasterCalendar[Date])),
CALCULATE(count(CM[Change ID]), CM[Overdue / Not overdue] = "Overdue", CM[CMLastMonthYear] = 1,
ALL(MasterCalendar,MasterCalendar[Date])))
