I will not able to see the Hierarchy level logins to their Employees while applying Security.

I have implemented the report and want to apply Dynamic Security in the report.
Below is the Table info.

To this report the Logins are Emp,Team Lead ,Manager and Director.
When Emp & Team Lead is working as expected where is not working for Manager & director Level.

Please let me your thoughts on this, If I missed any things.
