I have a filter for image selection (this page is reached through drill-through function, hence filter content changes based on drill through), is there a way I can hide these long .jpg names and display a next and back button similar to gallery presentation. Thanks in advance.

@sailorman change data category for your column to image url, go to slicer format pane of slicer visual, under general, change orientation to "Horizontal" and you will see the images in the slicer with arrow buttons.
