I need to create a dashboard to publish to SharePoint but there is no option

So I have a PowerBI report. I've published it to the PowerBI online service and it's in there as a dataset. 

I want it to be a Dashboard, and I want to share it on a SharePoint site so the users of the site can simply select the Dashboard and it opens. The users of the site do not have PowerBI Desktop, or much PowerBI experience so I want this to be a seamless as possible.

I've watched a video which demonstrates how to add a dashboard but they have a plus sign next to the Dashboard option in the left hand ribbon, and I do not.

The video may be created based on the old version of Power BI Service. Now you may try to use ‘Pin Live page’ to pin the report to a new dashboard. Here is the document about Embed with report web part in SharePoint Online .
