I have a table and I want to retrieve the data with mapping row and column and have a slicer too

I have a table 

Fruits	2022	2023	2024
Apple	34	44	90
orange	89	23	93

I want to retrieve the value w.r.t slicer 

so for example I have a slicer of fruits.

and when I select Apple it retrieves the value of apple just for the year 2023

I am not able to understand how to  do it

According to your description, you want to "retrieve the data with mapping row and column and have a slicer too".

Here are the steps you can refer to :
(1)This is my test data:

(2)We just need to put the 'Table'[Fruits] and the 'Table[year]' fields on the slicer visual and then we can get your need.

Then we can meet your need , the result is as follows:

I really liked the solution but I want to visualize in the card format as I also want to calculate variance for each is there any way

 Using a matrix visual, you can put Fruits in the Rows field and 2023 in the values field.
