I forgot the password

I have PowerBi Pro but I can't access my account, I need to reset my password, how to do it?

Hi @Graziani ,

Please check out this link(Recover your account (live.com) first. If you can't complete the login flow through that tool, try this link (Recover your account (live.com) for a separate tool.

If your IT admin has allowed for a self-service password reset you can try the following link: passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.

I'm the administrator of the account, that's the problem. Is there any way to recover this password?

Ok, this means you have locked yourself out of the whole office environment. In the end when you try to log into office it guides you to recover your password

so go to office.com, go to log in and follow the trail to recover your password.

Hi @Graziani 

You should contact your IT admin who provided you with the account. In the end behind the Power BI account is your microsoft account which I assume is provided by your IT?
