How to refresh the dataset in power service every 5 minutes

Whether it's a import mode or direct query mode is not a issue but how to refresh the dataset in powerbi service every 5(daily 144 times) minutes it's possible using gateways or Microsoft flow or any other? Give detailed information about this to acheive?

Hi @sudheer40498 ,

Thanks for the reply from Uzi2019 and nandic .

You can configure up to eight daily time slots if your semantic model is on pro, or 48 time slots on Power BI Premium.

You can use Power Automate to set a refresh frequency of every 5 minutes. But you will still be subject to the maximum daily refresh limit mentioned above.

You want to achieve 144 refreshes per day, which exceeds the daily refresh limit.

If the data set is larger and the semantic model cannot be successfully refreshed within 5 minutes, an error will be reported if you use Power Automate to initiate a refresh request, prompting that the current semantic model is being refreshed.

This is currently not possible.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

You can use Power Automate.
Set trigger to specific interval (example: 5 minutes) > choose action "Refresh dataset in Power BI" > select dataset.
Make sure that dataset can really refresh within 5 minutes otherwise it will fail. In that case, using direct query is better option.
