Hi, I would like to make the columns fixed whenever I change the column names. This is how it looks like when I set up for AFRICA.
But when I change it to ASIA, it will look like this.
Please note that there is overlaying table, where I put my conditional formatting for the variance against the budget. If you have further ideas how I should make this report possible, appreciate your help

Hi @9fsabor
You could switch off the Auto-size column width from Format > Column headers. Then hover the mouse cursor over the vertical grid lines between column headers. When the mouse cursor switches into a double-arrow cursor, left click and hold it to drag the column header to change its width. This width will be fixed when you change the region filter.

Hi Amit, thanks for answering. Not working. I calibrated the columns, saved them. Then I changed the Region filter, then columns moved according to the # of characters of column names.
