How to dynamic show the Rolling 4 Quarters result

I have questons about how to dynamicly to cauculte the Rolling result. as we need to have the rolling data result in my work. I wonder if there have the easy way to caculate the result dynamicly in Power BI? Thanks in advance.  

Each R4Q shows the 4 Quarters Data.Sum of the current quarter+ the previous three quarters.and sum of the selected quarter to 

ie.

If selected Q1 then FY23 R4Q data will be  Year 2023 Q1,2022 Q2,Q3,Q4,FY22R4Q will be 2022 Q1,2021 Q2,Q3,Q4, ,FY21R4Q will be 2021 Q1 only 1 quarter, as no 2020 data in the form.

If selected Q2 then FY23 R4Q data will be  Year 2023 Q1,Q2 2022 Q3,Q4,FY22R4Q will be 2022 Q1,Q2 ,2021 Q3,Q4, ,FY21R4Q will be 2021 Q1,Q2 as no 2020 data

If selected Q1 then FY23 R4Q data will be  Year 2023 Q1,2022 Q2,Q3,Q4,FY22R4Q will be 2022 Q1,2021 Q2,Q3,Q4, ,FY21R4Q will be 2021 Q1 only 1 quarter.

If selected Q3 then FY23 R4Q data will be  Year 2023 Q1,Q2 ,Q3,2022 Q4,FY22R4Q will be 2022 Q1,Q2 Q3,2021 Q4, ,FY21R4Q will be 2021 Q1,Q2,Q3.

If selected Q3 then FY23 R4Q data will be  Year 2023 Q1,Q2 ,Q3,2022 Q4,FY22R4Q will be 2022 Q1,Q2 Q3,2021 Q4, ,FY21R4Q will be 2021 Q1,Q2,Q3.
