Hi Everyone,
Here comes the issue. I have 2 tables, unrelated. One is a Fact table, the other is a new table created to determine a range for each value.
Range Table:
RowNumber | Task | Start Range | End Range |
1 | A | 1 | 9 |
10 | B | 10 | 19 |
20 | C | 20 | 29 |
30 | D | 30 | 39 |
Fact Table:
RowNumber | Task | New Column TBD |
1 | A | A |
2 | A.2 | A |
3 | A.3 | A |
10 | B | B |
11 | B.1 | B |
12 | B.2 | B |
20 | C | C |
21 | C.1 | C |
22 | C.2 | C |
30 | D | D |
31 | D.1 | D |
32 | D.2 | D |
The "New Column TBD" is the outcome Im looking for. It should be created by analysing the Fact Table row number into the range provided in the Range Table.
Thanks for the feedback,
Regards.

Hi,
Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.
It is for creating a new column.
New Column TBD =
SUMMARIZE (
FILTER (
Range,
'Fact'[RowNumber] >= Range[Start Range]
&& 'Fact'[RowNumber] <= Range[End Range]
),
Range[Task]
)
