How to count specific measure in matrix

Hi,everyone!

I have a matrix as below, I would like to calculate the percentage of the total Dim quantity that is RFT% greater than 98%. In this matrix ,there is 5 Dims' RFT%>98%, so is 5/12=42%. And RFT% is a measure, how to write the DAX,thanks!!!

divide(countx(filter(Values(Table[Dim]) , [RFT%] >.98 ), [Dim]) , countrows(Values(Table[Dim]) ) )

Sorry, [RFT%] is a measure, maybe couldn't be used in "filter".
