How to change the data import settings

Hi,

I started to import the data from a server using the below weblink.

As you can see this link can only import last 100 enteries. Now i need to keep the previous data aswell along with the refreshed data.

In other words i need to add more data on daily basis along with previous 100 enteries. Please help me as i am a beginner.
