How to change the bar chart direct to up to down in Matrix visual condintional formattting

Hi everyone,

 

In Matrix visual>conditional formatting>data bar>advanced control,the bar direction only have 2 choose"left to right" and "right to left",(as below chart) I would like the bar show"top to down" and"down  to top", What should I do? or any other approach can show"down to top" bar chart in Martix visual or any other similar table or client visual. Thanks.
