How to change the background color of one specific Row header in Matrix?

Consider the below sample Matrix visual having data at three level-ProjectNumber,Area and Task.

I want to change the background color of  Project Number.

Expected Result:

it is not possible. Although we can use measure to locate the row header, since its background color is controlled by the options in the red box in the figure below, we cannot use measure to customize its background color

@Anonymous , You can not do conditional formatting on row/column of matrix.

 

You need to color value, You can use color measure
