How to change the background color for a "SPECIFIC" column in matrix visual rows?

In the above data i want to color background only country column but not the remaining columns can any one please suggest me a way to achieve it

Hello @Naresh_pp ,

Please try editing the background color from the "Specific Column" option. Make sure you select the column first in the "Apply settings to" option. Below is the screenshot:
