How to change slicer "All" from English (default) to Chinese

Hi All,

As per title, is there a way to change the "All" in chinese language ? Can I do it in Tabular Editor ? If yes, kindly ask how's the exact process ?

Thanks for your answer.
Sorry that I didn't mention clearly, I need billingual language in the report - English and simplified Chinese. It can solve the problem on chinese side if I switch the application language but English part facing same problem. ^^
