How to change default Relative date Range in Power BI Date slicer

I am replicating a Tableau Relative Date Slicer in Power BI and need to Show same date range in Power BI.

Above one is from tableau. But Relative date slicer in Power Bi gives diff range if I select same period there for ex-

These are in Power BI. Can I have same range as I have in Tableau for diff periods whether it is Week, Month or Year. Is it possible?

@ankit27 unfortunaltey that is not available in Power BI.
