How to calculate percentage change?

Hello,

I need to calculate the percent change from from prior quarter and i used the formula provided in other post but I got negative 100% because I have zero values in my premium column.

Here is a snapshot of my data:

Here are my codes:

Sum of PremiumAmount-Step1 = SUM(Data[Written Premium - Gross - Net of Commission])
PremiumAmount PreviousYear = Calculate([Sum of PremiumAmount-Step1],DATEADD(Data[YoY_Date],-1,YEAR))
% Change = DIVIDE(Data[Sum of PremiumAmount-Step1],Data[PremiumAmount PreviousYear],0)-1

@Anonymous ,

Create a measure using dax below:

% Change =
VAR Sum_of_PremiumAmount_Step1 =
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( Data[Written Premium - Gross - Net of Commission] ),
        FILTER ( Data, Data[YoY_Date] = YEAR ( TODAY () ) )
    )
VAR PremiumAmount_PreviousYear =
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( Data[Written Premium - Gross - Net of Commission] ),
        FILTER ( Data, Data[YoY_Date] = YEAR ( TODAY () ) - 1 )
    )
RETURN
    DIVIDE ( Sum_of_PremiumAmount, PremiumAmount_PreviousYear, 0 ) - 1
