I need to calculate the percent change from from prior quarter and i used the formula provided in other post but I got negative 100% because I have zero values in my premium column.

Create a measure using dax below:
% Change = VAR Sum_of_PremiumAmount_Step1 = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Data[Written Premium - Gross - Net of Commission] ), FILTER ( Data, Data[YoY_Date] = YEAR ( TODAY () ) ) ) VAR PremiumAmount_PreviousYear = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Data[Written Premium - Gross - Net of Commission] ), FILTER ( Data, Data[YoY_Date] = YEAR ( TODAY () ) - 1 ) ) RETURN DIVIDE ( Sum_of_PremiumAmount, PremiumAmount_PreviousYear, 0 ) - 1
