I have a folders and files on SharePoint , need a way to iterate through all folders for files, based on the name format display the count of files, and last modified by details in power bi. When we pull the data into power bi from SharePoint folder then there are multiple files with different file format and due to that unable to combine the files so without combining the files how can we calculate the number of folders and there sub folders and files with hierarchy.
You can use the OData connector instead of the SharePoint folder connector to do this. I did a video on how to use OData to collect info about files in SharePoint here if that helps: https://youtu.be/yeIQ9jKln_I
