How to apply AND filter logic for 2 tables with Multi connection relation

Hi Gurus & Masters

I get stucked with this issue.

I want to privde a snapshot of monthly work order backlog.

Simulated and tested in Excel, the history backlog on a particular reporting time to be count of work orders that:

1. Raised Date <= Reporting Date, and

2. Closed Date >= Reporting Date.

How can I get the result in Power Bi? Really appreciate your help.

A sample below.

WO	Raised Date	Closed Date
1	1/02/2022	5/02/2022
2	1/03/2022	5/03/2022
3	1/03/2022	5/04/2022
4	1/04/2022	5/04/2022
5	1/04/2022	5/05/2022
