Yes, you could create a measure to calculate the cumulated value and use line and clustered column chart to achieve that.

It seems that you want have a grand total like that in Matrix.
However, I'm afraid that we cannot have a total value like that in bar chart.
You could try the workaround that create a measure for total and then create the line and clustered column chart like below.
