How to Match Data in two columns ignoring all other column/s

Hi, 

Im trying to match data in two columns (A & B)  but its thowing a false because of the No Sold. Im trying to do this regardless of what is any other column on the table.

Here is my example of the output (Match (A&B) is trying to match A&B.

In Power Query, make 2 tables (using the null values as a filter). Merge the tables on A and B columns
