How to Delete and change the text in the Columns

Need to chage the text and delete text in the given columns. The Given table below, the Column A contains Value, which need to delete the "CVS" and Change the [sec] in [hour]

Thanks for your reply. Could you make the DAX for the Query Editor not on the Table View.
