How to Calculate an Inflation of a cost calculated in a measure.

I have a cost calculated with a measurement that comes from 3 different tables. I do not know how to calculate an inflation of a measure. And I also need to calculate the accumulated inflation to December of the previous year of the same measure.

Someone has an idea how it can be done.
