How to Calculate YTD excluding the Current Months Data

I am attempting to caluclate the total billings of a file that i have LTD through the previous months. pls help.

You could refe to the following measure:

_YTD =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( 'Table'[Value] ),
    FILTER (
        'Table',
        'Table'[Date] >= DATE ( YEAR ( TODAY () ), 1, 1 )
            && 'Table'[Date] <= EOMONTH ( TODAY (), -1 )
    )
)
