Hi all,
I have been figuring out the possibilities of Python in Power BI in the last couple of weeks.
I understand the use of the available plots/visualizations in Power BI through 'Python visual', see this website for some examples: https://python-graph-gallery.com/
These are the packages that are supported in Power BI: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/python-visualizations-in-power-bi-service/
But I don't seem to find any documentation on how to create a table or column in Power BI using Python and an existing table that already has been uploaded in Power BI through, for example, MSSQL.
I can only find examples of Python scripts that uses CSV-files to upload data and manipulate that data. And also overwrite an existing table in Power BI.
I just want to use Python scripts in creating new tables which contains new values based on the existing tables that I have uploaded using MSSQL in Power BI.
Is this even possible?
Best,
Shaney
