How can I upload files with extension .1 contained in a zip file in a web?

I can access these type of files as CSV (extension .1) in the web when using this link for example:

https://www.omie.es/es/file-access-list?parents%5B0%5D=/&parents%5B1%5D=Mercado%20Intradiario%20Cont...

Using this code:

But I can't figure out how to upload them when they're in a zip!!
