How can I show a column based on a slicer selection?

I'm trying to find a way to only show a column in a dashboard table if there is a selection in a slicer that applies to that column.

I have a slicer for Level, either level 1 or 2.  I have two columns that shows a hyperlink to the landing page for items that are level 1 and a sperate column that is used for level 2.

I'd like to find a way to only show the hyperlink for the level selected, so that mistakes are not made.

Any ideas?

I have the 1st column on all filters, and the 2nd and 3rd columns would depend on the value chosen in the slicer for appeal level.  If level 1, then do not show column 3, if level 2, then do not show column 2
