How apply condition based on column value for calculated column

Hi, I am trying to appliy condition for each row based on country column, My requirement is to make the value dynamic which I have highlited in the dax formula in screenshot. while calculating the row value it should pass the country value of the same row. 

I request someone to help me.

@Anonymous , You can not pass slicer values to new column. you have to create a measure for that.
