Hierarchical Filter - xViz keeps blinking "refreshing" continuously

I just started using the Hierarchical Filter - xViz and for some reason it keeps refreshing on its own.
Why is this happening?! Is there a bug with it??

After testing, my sample works fine. I don't encounter the problem. What data source do you connect? What connection mode do you use? Import, direct query or live? 

Please try to clear the permission, close Power BI Desktop, then re-open it and reconnect the data source.

Please click File->Options and settings->Data source settings->Global permissions
Then select the old credential->Clear Permissions.

It's a live connection to an SSAS cube.
