How to Hide/Unhide Slicer visual based on another column values
the column having 0 AND 1 only
1=manger
0= empolyee
if column value is 1 unhide the slicer
if column value is 0 hide the slicer.

I think you just need to create a sum measure and add that measure into the visual level filter of your Slicer and set it to show items when value =1. Then the values of your Slicer will unhide when value in that column = 1 and hide when value = 0.
Measure:
Filtre Measure =
SUM('Manager / Employee'[Column])
Result is as below.
Column value =1
Column value =0

@PBIraja , I doubt you can hide, you can change color based on the selected value
if(selectedvalues(Table[Slicer]), "Black", "White")
you can use this in color FX option with field value option
can you show me the sample test case(pbix file) how it change colour based on that one column.
value 0 white
value 1 black
