Hi, trying to get a boolean column in 3rd table comparing two tables without relationship to table3

Varun797_0-1678191609236.png

I want to achieve a calculated colum(boolean) when comparing the tableA and TableB. Table C is a dynamic table with combinations of country origin and destination, what I want is when the country origin from tableA = NULL OR country_origin in table C AND country_destination table B = country_destination table C, then print YES, else NO. Table C doesnt have a relationship with table A or table B. How can i achieve this in PowerBI?

language alone is sometimes not very logical. try to provide some data sample with expected result.
