I have 3 tables.
Fact Table,
Employee - Having aroung 4500 employees,
Tranining Course - Having aroung 150 courses.
Now the question from the Client is, they wanted to make 10 courses mandatory for all the employees.
Can someone help how to solve this please.

There are 3 different scenarios.
1. Employee attempted and completed the course.
2. Employee attempted but failed the course.
3. Employee not attempted the course.
Scenario 1 & 2, we are reporting as "Completed" and "Failed". But the problem is, how to dispaly courses which are not even aatempted by the employee as "Failed".
