Help: Finding out similarity of customer names

Hello all,

I face a lot of difficulties in detecting similarities in customer names with Power BI

there is a very cool function in SQL called Levenshtein function that finds the similarity with a range of 0 to 1 as example shown below 

is there any way i done this in Power BI or something similar
