Grouping of items sometimes does not work

Hi there,

I am having an issue where some of the data when used in a Matrix certain row data sets won't group together even if they have the same name.

I have done a LEN function to confirm that they are the same length and they are, I have also tried grouping the data in SQL and Access and there it works without any issues.

What's string is that this only happens for some of the Product Descriptions, not all of them. And it is only in groupings of two even tho there are roughly 15,000 rows of data behind the dataset.

Does anyone have any good suggestions to what may be causing this and how to resolve the issue?

See attached link for pictures of the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Never mind, found the issue.

It was caused by some of the numbers was not actually numbers for whatever strange reason so just adjusted the SQL script and now it works.
