Getting prior week measure that will dynamically change with slicer

HI, I don't know if anyone can help me.

I'm looking to recreate a table like the below (where 'LM' = last month) but by week. I don't seem to be able to work out how to do it. I'm using a column of 'week commencing', and have tried the below, but it just doesn't work. Any ideas so welcome!! It's all pulling from a spreadsheet. I'm not sure how to upload data for people to see?

Hi, @Anonymous 

Do you want to add the week field and calculate the income of the week, or change the measure of calculating the month to the calculation week based on the month field. If it is the latter, how do you determine the date of the week, the last week of the month? Or?
Could you share some dummy data and draw a simple picture to show your expected visual for further discussion?

Hi, I currently have a matrix like this. I want to add in Last week open rate as a measure, last week's CTR as a measure (etc.) I can share data, but there are a lot of measures as well... I'm not sure how to share pbix file but happy to do so? It's all just dummy data for now...
