Geo Map not showing countries correctly for 1 User after publishing online

Dear Guru's

 

I have come across a strange problem.

 

I have 1 User who is seeing Geo Maps incorrectly when viewing the published dashboard online.

 

We have tried 4 seperate dasbhoards, and all the countries are showing incorrectly on all geo maps but just for this 1 User.

 

I have tested this for multple Users using different Dashboards that are published but the Geo Maps works perfectly.  Just this 1 User is having the the problem.

Any ideas on how to solve it for this User?  is it a local setting on the users brower?

Hi @Anno2019 ,

 

I have tested it on my local environment but it is always ok, you can try the following steps to fix it:

1.Download the latest version power bi desktop and publish to service and try it again.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45331

2.Clear the browser cache and try it again or use the InPrivate mode

Ask user to clear the cache and try. Also, ask to try on another browser or Google chrome incognito mode or firefox private mode.
