I'm using power bi 32-bit with a 32-bit odbc driver and I want to upload it to the power bi service but the gateway doesn't recognize it, according to what I've read (and I saw all the info in the forums available).
There is a workaround available to be able to upload those reports with the odbc 32 bit driver. I don't have the option to use a 64-bit driver because the database server is 32-bit and it rejects it. This is to say that the gateway should be able to synchronize with 32-bit ODBC.
Yes, actually my problem is not to use the gateway in a 32-bit windows as I see suggested the link of the idea (I see that the problem is also with 32-bit windows) but with 32-bit odbc drivers in 64-bit windows (as is my case). But yes, they should solve both problems since many 32-bit environments still coexist.
@Syndicate_Admin , I doubt having 32 bit Gateway, the idea is still open
