Freeze table

Hi!
I import a table from a system every month to Power BI that shows only yesterdays data. Is it possibile to import and lock/freeze the table once in a month in Power BI so i can follow the data monthly?

So, yes, if you create a new query every month, load the data and then disable data load for that query. However, what I generally recommend for doing things like you are describing is to use an R query script step using something like RODBC in order to save the data off to a SQL table or something along those lines.
