Fix Target column in matrix visual

Hello all,

I am trying to create a matrix visual in Power BI where I have yearly Target for each month.(They are fixed for whole year)

I am showing the achieved target in every month.I am unable to add Target column as fixed one.

When tried in Matrix , it is showing as Monthly (target and achieved ) for ech month, like below

Hi @Anonymous

Your data model may be the same with my sample table1.

Sample Table1:

1.png

You need to transform your data model from table1 to table2 as below.2.png

Firstly, pivot [value] column and the result is as below.

3.png

Then pivot month column and the result is as below.

Let's see the result in matrix visual.

You could add Target as a column to the same table as Dept Name, otherwise I don't know any way to get that layout.
