Hi,
I want to find an average time for one stage to another per month. I have this data below which are the date and time of each stage, the reference number that is the client, and the stage of this process, the stages are not necessarily in numerical order. If someone could show me how to calculate it on DAX or Power Query I appreciate it.

Hi @ADEI20 ,
I don't seem to quite understand what you are looking for. For stage1, can you give an example of how to find the average time for the corresponding month based on the given result table.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry
Hi @v-henryk-mstf The time of each stage is the time of the current until the next stage time. Stage time = Next stage time (in chronological order) - current stage time (in chronological order). Note: the stages are not necessary in order, e.g. the process can start in stage 1 and the next would be stage 4.
Hi @PijushRoy I would like to have an output as below, with the average time (in minutes) by Stage, by month. Thanks
Stage 1 | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time |
Stage 2 | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time |
Stage 3 | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time |
Stage 4 | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time |
Stage 5 | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time | Avg Time |
