Filter not working properly for Cumulative count

HI Everyone ,

i got one error,

i kept Distinct count ID by latest  4 week date(Column Chart) and Cumulative Count ID by  latest 4 week date(Column Chart)

in 2 visuals  and based on  policy name i kept another visual ie Policy Name by Distinct Count ID(Pie Chart) and my question is

when i am selecting policy name in pie chart it is not proper filtering in Cumulative Count ID chart. 

Below i kept visuals.

and When i am Selecting Policy Name  EE in  Pie Chart it filtering properly with distinct count but not with Cumulative Count.

Below i kept filtering screen shot.

Columns in Table :

1.Policy Name
2.Id 

3.Date 

Measures Used :

1. Distinct count = DISTINCTCOUNT(Sheet2[ID])

2. Cummulative Count = CALCULATE([distinctcount],FILTER(ALL(Sheet2),Sheet2[Date] <=MAX(Sheet2[Date])))

Calculated Columns used :

1.First Week Date  = Sheet2[date]- WEEKDAY(Sheet2[Date],1)+1

Note : Here First Week =  calendar week date (1=sunday)

You may use ALLSELECTED Function instead of ALL Function.
