Filter matrix based on Measure which is either 0 or 1

Created a Measure which is basically a flag and returning value either as 1 or 0. I added that measure into my matrix and its showing correctly but when I am putting filters to display only 1 it fails. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Please share us more details, such as screenshots and sample data. It's best to create a dummy .pbix file with the same issue. Please remove sensitive information.

@Anonymous , You can create a slicer on measure.

Create an independent table with values 0 and 1, then use that to filter these measures.
