Try to create a measure with this code and add that to the table with Item and Value:

CALCULATE ( MAX ( 'Table'[Date] ), ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[Item] ) ) = _Ldate,

Thanks Greg but I don't need to summarize the values of each items. the result table must contain the value related to the last date.
