Filter goals by name seller

Hello,

Please, I need your help to solve the filter by name seller, especially that any seller had a goal or a target .

When I select the name of seller and I want to show the monthly sales and the goal at the same time,
i can't find the right mesure,

Really i need to find the suitable fonction:
In the following picture you will find monthly sales graphic.
