I have a 5 year monthly data but I want to get a yearly total(BusinesYear) given two column filters(DIVISION_NM and SERIES_NM)
So I have a measure:

Modify your measure like below then it will work:
TOTAL SALES = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Query1[Sales by Selling days1] ), ALLEXCEPT ( Query1, Query1[BusinesYear], Query1[DIVISION_NM], Query1[SERIES_NM] ) )

Correct, FILTER takes 2 arguments, the table and the filter. In your case, just ditch the FILTER statement, the 2nd parameter to a CALCULATE is a filter clause.
