Filter OR condition

Hi all,

I am trying to use Calculate and filter with an OR condition

Like this CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT[LIST]),FILTER(Table,[Status], OR([Status]<>"Yes",[Status]<>"Maybe"))

Any ideas on how to make it work?

thank you
