Facing issues when refreshing from Power BI Service

Hi,

I am having trouble generating the automatic refresh of my dashboard in Power BI from the Power BI Service.

When I update my report from Power BI Desktop it refreshes well:

I have it set up like this in Power BI Desktop:

And then, in Power BI Service it appears like this and it is disabled and grayed out and I cannot configure it:

I am noticing this below Cloud Connections, could it have something to do with it?

Thank you!!!

Hi @Harvey85 ,

You can try to download the report locally and open the option "Combine data according to your Privacy Level settings for each source", then refresh the data once, if there is an error about inconsistent privacy level or missing privacy level settings, it means you do have the problem, you can set the privacy level of each data source to "Organizational" according to the reminder of the error, because according to my previous tests, as long as all dataset data sources, service configurations, and gateway settings are inconsistent with the privacy level of this data source, it is possible to encounter this problem.

After the refresh is successful, you can republish to and try to reconfigure the data source definition for the data source of the related dataset to ensure that the "Privacy level" configured on the Serive is consistent with that of the Desktop:

Update: I installed this with email from Power BI Service:

And then these appeared:

So I edited my two connections and tried updating but still can't because of this error:

Do you know what could it be? It shows when I'm manually refreshing too.

Thanks!
