FYI: Too many reports in an account results in a vague error on publish attempt

Hi all,

Not sure where to put this but I figure I'll report some findings, maybe someone will find this useful.

We've been abusing this one account for internal purposes, just straight up trashing the environment. It's been an idea repo, quick transfer / reference account for us. Like I'm not gonna lie, it's a dirty looking account on the inside.

Annnnyways, there used to be 200 separate reports and datasets in this one account, and upon attempting to upload the 201st report, we got a funny error: microsoft.powerbi.client.windows.services.powerbiwebexception

So, A fix for some people that get this error, for the current version of PBId/PBIs, might be to remove some of your reports.

Just to be clear, we were NOT out of space, we still have 9GB+ of storage left, but the number of reports an account seems to be 200.

I'll also dump this as an answer on SO.

Are these all part of a single workspace or multiple workspaces?
