You can use dax measure:
Last Status = VAR Ld = CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[DATE]), ALLEXCEPT('Table', 'Table'[CUSTOMER])) RETURN CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[STATE]), FILTER('Table', 'Table'[DATE] = Ld && 'Table'[CUSTOMER] = SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[CUSTOMER])))
